Ryan Murphy Promises Kim Kardashian She Can Play Best Divorce Lawyer in New Show

Ryan Murphy, the renowned television producer known for his work on shows like “American Horror Story” and “Feud,” has promised Kim Kardashian that she can play the “world’s best” divorce lawyer in his new show. The reality TV star, who recently starred in Season 12 of “American Horror Story,” will continue to work with Murphy as a divorce lawyer who leads an all-female law firm in Los Angeles.

The latest episode of “The Kardashians” featured Kim discussing the project with executive producer Ryan and her mother, Kris Jenner. Ryan described the concept as a “really good idea,” stating that Kim’s character is the “best and most expensive divorce lawyer” in the world. Kim herself has experience with divorce, having been married three times, and has developed close friendships with her lawyers, including Laura Wasser, who handled two of her divorces.

The show will follow Kim’s character as she navigates the complexities of divorce law, often with a comedic twist. Ryan Murphy added that the project has elements of “Sex and the City,” with a bond of women trying to get through the experience of divorce together.

Although Kim expressed concerns about managing her busy schedule for the show, including her plans to take the bar exam in 2025, Ryan assured her that filming would take place in her native Los Angeles. The series has been given a series commitment at Hulu, with a release date yet to be announced.
