Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sex Trafficking Case Reassigned to New Judge

The indictment claims that Combs used force, threats, and coercion to compel women into prolonged sexual interactions with male sex workers, referred to as ‘freak-offs,’ and that these actions were part of a larger criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and other crimes. Combs has been denied bail twice, with judges citing concerns about potential witness tampering and obstruction of justice. His legal team has appealed these decisions, arguing that the proposed bail conditions would prevent him from posing a threat to anyone or interfering with witnesses. The trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025, and is expected to last approximately three weeks.
